Handling Fee
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee. If such a case it would be posted on our site.
Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty on any part that should fail. Please contact us by phone or email and we can help initiate a replacement.
Guarantee
We understand installation on some vehicles may be difficult. We will help you install your product to our best degree. We guarantee your HID kit will work without problem as long as you follow our instructions and buy any required accessory need for your vehicle model.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Before requesting return, please consult with our customer service team so we can find a solution to your problem. We are very knowledgable about HID products and typically can solve your problem without needing to send anything back.

Our return policy requires:
1. Contact customer service by phone or email
2. Receive confirmation that you are eligible for return.
3. Receive return address information
4. Send product back with delivery confirmation or tracking number.
5. Allow 7-10 business days for refund to show on your credit or debit card.
Refused Shipments
Please do not refuse shipments. All refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If product arrives damaged please contact us by email or phone for easy replacement. Please do not discard the packaging as we may require pictures showing proof of damage.
Order Cancellation
We only allow order cancellations if the order has not shipped. Most orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. If order has been shipped, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee.
Order Error
If merchandise not ordered has been received, please e-mail, fax or phone with complete details.
Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance and liquidation items.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to adhere to and comply with all local, State and Federal laws. Use of competition products may affect insurance and or vehicle warranties. HID are designed for off road vehicles or vehicle applications that is non-registered or export only.
There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to unusual use or driving conditions. Any damage caused by modifications, improper installation, or improper use is the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. The customer is responsible for any associated costs including repairs and service, damages or liabilities incurred.
Parts can only be returned and accepted according to the XenonHeadlights.net Return Policy (see above).
Due to their subjective nature, XenonHeadlights.net does not guarantee performance of customer's vehicle.
